Steve and Cathy's Blog

This blog has been started by Steve in order to chronicle our trip on the Oceania Cruise Line ship Insignia that leaves Miami on January 3, 2018 and returns to Miami on July 1, 2018.  According to the brochure, we will be calling on 87 ports in 40 countries and will cover 37,000 miles on our voyage.

This has been a dream of ours for most of the thirty-two years we have been married.  You might say that it is most of our bucket list done in one trip.

I have created this blog to share our adventure with our friends, who have graciously asked us to do that.  So here goes.

In our next post, we will tell you about our preparations, 90% of which have been accomplished by Cathy, who is the most organized human being I know. Thank the Lord for that.
